Alpadis, an independent, international provider of bespoke, technology-driven trust and corporate services, is joining forces with Ingenia Consultants, a compliance service provider for financial institutions in Singapore.

Alpadis said in a statement on Wednesday that with this acquisition, it will expand its services for boutique and medium-sized financial institutions and extend them to its offices across Asia and the Middle East.

According to the statement, Alpadis has acquired 100 percent of Ingenia Consultants, an acquisition that will be exclusively completed through a share exchange, confirming the commitment of the teams of Alpadis and Ingenia Consultants to the combined group and services.

“This is a strategic joining of forces rather than a simple acquisition,

“We share a common culture and many clients, and together we will offer a more comprehensive and integrated service proposition to financial institutions,” said Alain Esseiva, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alpadis.

Ingenia Consultants is one of the few remaining independent compliance firms in Singapore, with a client base of over 100 boutique and mid-sized financial institutions, including external asset managers, hedge funds, payment institutions, and fintech firms.

The company provides compliance advisory, internal audit, MAS licensing support, and risk management services.

With this transaction, Alpadis will integrate Ingenia Consultants’ operations and launch a new Regulatory Compliance Services division.

Rolf Haudenschild, Co-Founder of Ingenia Consultants and a recognized expert in MAS regulatory compliance, will be appointed Managing Director and lead this new division as Head of Regulatory Compliance Asia.

The acquisition enhances Alpadis’ offering to include end-to-end support for financial institutions, from corporate set-up and administration, to payroll, accounting, and now compliance.

The integration also sets the stage for regional expansion, with plans to extend compliance and internal audit services to markets such as the UAE, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

“This is a long-term partnership built on shared values and a mutual commitment to our clients,

“Together we will strengthen our ability to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments as they grow across Asia and beyond,” added Rolf Haudenschild.

Ingenia Consultants’ 20-member team in Singapore and Malaysia will transition into Alpadis, bringing additional regulatory expertise and operational depth to the firm’s Southeast Asia operations.

Alpadis remains a privately-owned, entrepreneur-led business and continues to deepen its regulatory capabilities to serve the evolving needs of corporate and private clients, including financial institutions and their clients, across its key markets.

Furthermore, as a tech-enabled group, Alpadis said it continues to invest in artificial intelligence (AI) and innovative technologies to enhance its service delivery and provide clients with tailored, efficient and future-ready solutions.
