Animoca Brands, the Hong Kong-based Web3 and digital property rights firm, Fosun Wealth Holdings, a digital global wealth management platform, and FinChain, an innovator in blockchain finance, have announced a strategic partnership to advance the development of Asia’s real-world asset (RWA) ecosystem.

The collaboration aims to bridge traditional finance with emerging Web3 capital markets, expand access to institutional-grade RWAs, and leverage NUVA, an on-chain vault marketplace, to distribute Fosun Wealth Holdings’ RWA products to a global investor base, Animoca Brands said in a statement on last Thursday.

The partnership will leverage the core strengths of each entity: Fosun Wealth Holdings’ established wealth management and distribution network, along with its RWA platform; FinChain’s blockchain infrastructure; and Animoca Brands’ Web3 portfolio of over 570 Web3-focused companies and projects.

To support market education, the partners plan to co-publish research reports to support asset discovery and distribution, support new business models, and explore opportunities to integrate digital and traditional assets.

The new partnership aligns with Animoca Brands’ strategic emphasis on RWA integration.

It follows the recent collaboration between Animoca Brands and ProvLabs to launch the on-chain vault marketplace NUVA.

NUVA, which is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2025, will leverage Provenance Blockchain’s existing pool of $15.7 billion in RWAs and is expected to play a role in accelerating the integration of RWA products, including Fosun Wealth Holdings’ assets, with the wider digital asset ecosystem.
